Bethany Blues is ready to hop into April with a spring in its step, and there are some great things happening at both locations for the Easter holiday, as well as a special bourbon dinner featuring Angel’s Envy, and the return of Blues being open seven days a week.
Both locations are ready for another great season and, to top it all off, the addition of Downtown Blues is hot on the heels of spring, so be ready to head to Rehoboth Beach soon for a third location serving everyone’s barbecue.
Nicole Giannella, Lewes location catering manager, said, “This Easter, both locations will be hosting brunch, with the buffet happening in Lewes, and menu items available at the Bethany location.” Reservations are extremely limited for both locations, and the rest will be first-come, first-served.
For the brunch buffet at the Lewes location and an à la carte menu available in Bethany Beach, Blues will have all the staples customers are used to, including eggs, home fries, sausage, bacon, omelets made to order, waffle bar, carving station with ham and brisket, wings, pigs on the wing, seafood station, juice bar, BYO mimosa bar and Bloody Mary bar. Brunch begins at 9 a.m. and reservations will be taken between 9 and 10:30 a.m. only. Dinner service on Easter Sunday begins at 3 p.m. at both locations, but no reservations are available for dinner.
The exclusive Angel’s Envy bourbon dinner will feature a four-course meal, a welcome cocktail and a cheese/charcuterie board, at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, April 27. Blues will be preparing the courses to complement distinct flavor profiles of each of the Angel’s Envy signature spirits. Tickets are $85 and do not include gratuity.
